A: 14 February 2023. Valentine's day price is normally applied from 8-14 February,  subject to change.

Q: When should I place my order?

A: As soon as possible. Demand on Valentine's is very high and we only accept limited number of orders as we want to maintain our quality.

Q: Do you offer Free Delivery?

A: We offer FREE DELIVERY* to Kelapa Gading & Cakung area with radius of up to 5KM from our store location on 13-14 February 2023 from our Valentine's day catalog.

Q: Why are flowers so expensive around Valentine's Day?

A: Supply and demand. Due to a spike in demand, flower prices always increase around this time not only in Indonesia but all over the world.

Q: Can I schedule a specific time for delivery?

A: Sorry, we CAN'T schedule a specific time for delivery. All items will be delivered between 7AM to 5PM. If you want to manage a specific delivery time, we recommend that you pick up your flowers and/or assign your own delivery courier. 

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship nationwide for preserved collection and JABODETABEK area for fresh collection.

Q: Will the product look exactly like the picture?

A: As flowers are living things, we can't guarantee that it will look 100% identical. In the event of any supply difficulties, we will substitute with a product of equivalent value without prior notice.

Q: What flowers should I send on Valentine?
